Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellation Rules

Because ₹0 is collected at checkout, cancelling prior to technician departure incurs zero deduction.
Never pay cash or scan personal QR codes until service is completed and verified against your requirements.
3 unexcused doorstep refusals after pro arrival will permanently deactivate COD privileges on your account.

30-Day Re-service Guarantee: If the exact same issue reoccurs within 30 days of service completion, AmaBooking will dispatch a certified technician free of visiting charge.
Your 6-digit Completion OTP is the sole cryptographic key that authorizes the irreversible payout release to the service provider. If the job is incomplete, substandard, or parts are unverified, do not share your Completion OTP. Report the dispute to our dispatch desk within 24 hours.
