Welcome to AmaBooking, owned and operated by TT INFOTECHS PVT. LTD. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TT INFOTECHS PVT. LTD. governing your use of our on-demand technician bidding engine, escrow payment infrastructure, and doorstep repair network.
Competitor quotes are sealed to prevent predatory undercutting.
Arrival OTP authorizes entry; Completion OTP releases payout.
Zero-tolerance ban on off-platform offline cash bypass.
Definitions & Agreement Acceptance
Legal terminology, contractual scope, and binding nature
By downloading, accessing, browsing, or utilizing any AmaBooking application, web portal, or API endpoints, you express full agreement to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, discontinue platform access immediately.
User Eligibility & Mandatory KYC Standards
Legal competence, authentication requirements, and security
- Users must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to form contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- All Service Partners undergo strict KYC, including Aadhaar validation, PAN verification, trade competence checks, and police record clearances before activation.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, OTP codes, and active session tokens.
Marketplace Bidding & Sealed Reverse Auction Rules
Integrity of quotes, transparent bidding, and diagnostic media privacy
Sealed Confidential Bidding: To prevent predatory quote undercutting, competitor proposals are sealed and visible exclusively to the requesting customer.
Binding Quotes: A submitted bid quote represents a binding commitment to complete the stated job scope at the agreed price. Doorstep price inflation is strictly prohibited.
Diagnostic Media Privacy: Customer diagnostic videos and photos are confidential and restricted strictly to relevant trade technicians.
Escrow Vault & Dual Security OTP Legal Effect
Legal mechanics of Razorpay escrow holding and OTP payouts
Providing the 6-digit Arrival OTP legally authorizes the technician's entry, diagnostic access, and begins the authoritative server job timer.
Providing the 6-digit Completion OTP constitutes legal acceptance of the repair and authorizes the irreversible release of escrowed funds to the technician's wallet.
Non-Circumvention Policy (Direct Offline Deals)
Zero-tolerance prohibition against bypassing platform escrow
Customers and Service Partners introduced through AmaBooking are strictly prohibited from soliciting or executing private off-platform deals. Transacting outside the platform voids all escrow safety and 30-day workmanship warranties, resulting in permanent blacklisting from the AmaBooking network.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction under Indian law
Liability Cap: The maximum cumulative liability of AmaBooking and TT INFOTECHS PVT. LTD. for any disputed booking shall not exceed the service commission fee retained by the platform for that specific job.
Exclusive Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
